🛒 Ordering

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you're welcome to check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save details for faster checkout, and access exclusive deals.

Q: Can I place a bulk order?
Absolutely. We specialise in supplying hospitality venues and offer bulk pricing for larger quantities. Contact us directly at info@summitpackaging.com.au for a quote.

Q: How do I customise packaging with my logo or design?
Visit our Custom Branding page or get in touch via email. We’ll walk you through design options, MOQ, lead times, and proofing.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days for metro areas and up to 10 days for regional or remote locations. Express options are available at checkout.

Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location. We offer free shipping on orders over $150. 

Q: Do you ship outside of Australia?
Currently, we only ship within Australia.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes! You can return unopened, unused items within 7 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please email us within 5 business days with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Q: Is GST included in your prices?
No, all prices shown exclude GST, unless otherwise stated.


🌱 Sustainability & Materials

Q: Are your products compostable or recyclable?
Many of our items are certified compostable, home-compostable, or fully recyclable. Check individual product pages for certifications and disposal guidelines.

Q: Do you offer plastic free options?
Absolutely. We stock a wide range of plastic-free and PFAS-free packaging options to suit foodservice needs, from coffee cups to takeaway containers.


👥 Business Accounts & Support

Q: Do you offer wholesale or trade accounts?
